US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions: Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return label for shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement item or issue a refund.

Store Credit

Upon request, eligible returns can be refunded as store credit, valid for future purchases.

International Returns

International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.
